Contractor Leads Weekly

Week 5-26-2026

VISIBILITY & TRUST WEEK

This week’s focus is simple:

👉 become more familiar locally.

A lot of contractors lose jobs before the customer ever messages them because:

  • nobody recognizes the business

  • they’ve never seen the company before

  • there’s no trust yet

Most customers hire:
👉 the company they keep seeing.

This week is about increasing visibility without overcomplicating things.

OBJECTIVE FOR THIS WEEK

By the end of this week you should:

  • increase local visibility

  • create familiarity

  • improve trust

  • generate more conversations

  • stay consistently in front of potential customers

This is NOT:

  • a paid ad week

  • a complicated funnel week

  • a “go viral” week

This is:
👉 practical contractor visibility.

STEP 1 — POST 5 REAL JOB PHOTOS THIS WEEK

This week:
post FIVE real job photos.

NOT:

  • logos

  • generic graphics

  • stock photos

Use:

  • before/after

  • active work

  • cleanup

  • equipment on site

  • transformation shots

IMPORTANT

Customers care more about:
👉 results

than:
👉 equipment.

Show:

  • cleanups

  • finished work

  • transformation

  • progress

SIMPLE POST EXAMPLES

“Wrapped this one up today in Carrollton.”

“Another cleanup finished this afternoon.”

“Finished grading this driveway today.”

Simple works.

STEP 2 — RESPOND TO EVERY MESSAGE FAST

This week:
speed matters.

Even if you cannot fully respond:
acknowledge the message.

Simple response:

“Hey, I’m tied up right now but I’ll get back to you shortly.”

A lot of contractors lose jobs simply because:

  • they answer too late

  • customers move on

  • another contractor replies first

STEP 3 — POST IN 3 LOCAL GROUPS

ONLY 3.

Do NOT spam groups.

Use:

  • real photos

  • simple wording

  • local city names

Example:

“Finished this cleanup in Villa Rica today.”

That’s enough.

STEP 4 — MARKETPLACE REFRESH

Refresh ONE listing this week.

Use:

  • fresh photos

  • simple wording

  • short descriptions

DO NOT:

  • overload keywords

  • list every service

  • write giant paragraphs

Simple and local works better.

STEP 5 — RECONNECT WITH 5 OLD LEADS

Go back through:

  • Messenger

  • texts

  • estimates

  • old inquiries

Message 5 people.

Simple follow-up:

“Hey, just checking back to see if you still needed help with that.”

That’s enough.

STEP 6 — LEAVE A YARD SIGN AT EVERY POSSIBLE JOB

If allowed:
leave signs temporarily after jobs.

Even a few days of visibility matters.

Most customers hire:
👉 companies they repeatedly see.

THIS WEEK’S BIG LESSON

Most contractor marketing is:
👉 repetition.

Customers usually do NOT hire:
the first contractor they see once.

They hire:
the contractor they keep noticing over time.

Visibility builds trust.

DO NOT THIS WEEK

❌ Spam groups
❌ Overcomplicate posts
❌ Obsess over likes
❌ Constantly change strategy
❌ Wait until work slows down to market

EXPECTED RESULTS

Realistically:

  • more visibility

  • more familiarity

  • more conversations

  • more estimate opportunities

This is about building momentum and staying visible consistently.

FINAL INSTRUCTION

Run this plan exactly for one week.

Simple consistent visibility beats random bursts of marketing.

Now go run it.
