Contractor Leads Weekly

Week 6-1-2026

THE TRUST ACCELERATOR WEEK

This week's focus:

πŸ‘‰ Make it easier for customers to trust you.

Most contractors think they have a lead problem.

Many actually have a trust problem.

Customers are often asking themselves:

  • Is this person legitimate?

  • Will they show up?

  • Will they do good work?

  • Have they done this before?

This week is about reducing those doubts.

OBJECTIVE

By the end of this week:

  • increase trust

  • improve conversion rates

  • get more responses from existing visibility

  • make your business look more established

No paid ads required.

STEP 1 β€” CREATE A PROOF POST

This week create one post that shows evidence.

Not a sales post.

A proof post.

Examples:

  • before/after photos

  • completed project

  • customer review

  • project timeline

  • equipment on site

  • finished result

Caption example:

"Finished this drainage project in Carrollton this week. Customer was dealing with standing water after every rain."

Simple.

Real.

Believable.

STEP 2 β€” COLLECT ONE REVIEW

Just one.

Text a customer:

"Would you mind leaving me a quick review if you were happy with the work?"

That's it.

One new review every week becomes 52 reviews a year.

Most contractors never think this way.

STEP 3 β€” UPDATE YOUR PHOTOS

Go through:

  • Facebook page

  • Google Business Profile

  • website

Remove weak photos.

Add better ones.

Most contractors are judged before a customer ever calls.

Photos matter.

STEP 4 β€” CREATE A SIMPLE CUSTOMER FAQ

Write down the five questions customers ask most.

Examples:

  • Are you insured?

  • How much does it cost?

  • How soon can you do it?

  • What areas do you serve?

  • How does payment work?

Answer them.

Use them in messages.

Use them in posts.

Use them on your website.

This saves time and builds confidence.

STEP 5 β€” CALL ONE PAST CUSTOMER

Not text.

Call.

Just check in.

Something simple:

"Hey, I was thinking about that project we did for you. Everything still working well?"

No sales pitch.

No pressure.

Just check in.

You'd be surprised how often this creates referrals.

STEP 6 β€” AUDIT YOUR BUSINESS AS A CUSTOMER

Pretend you need your own service.

Search your business.

Visit your page.

Visit your website.

Ask:

  • Does this look trustworthy?

  • Is it obvious what I do?

  • Are there real photos?

  • Is there proof?

  • Is there a clear way to contact me?

Fix one thing.

Just one.

THIS WEEK'S LESSON

Visibility gets attention.

Trust gets hired.

Many contractors spend all their time trying to get more eyeballs while ignoring the things that make people comfortable enough to call.

This week is about becoming easier to trust.

DO NOT THIS WEEK

❌ Chase every new marketing trick

❌ Buy random advertising

❌ Obsess over followers

❌ Constantly redesign everything

❌ Compare yourself to larger companies

EXPECTED RESULTS

You may not get an immediate flood of leads.

What you should see is:

  • better responses

  • more confidence from prospects

  • improved conversion rates

  • a stronger business foundation

FINAL INSTRUCTION

This week, focus less on getting seen.

Focus more on giving people reasons to trust what they see.
